Due to a skills gap in their current HR structure, they are looking to attract a HR professional who can lead on projects around change and transformation. You will collaborate with key divisional teams to lead and advance a variety of strategic HR and Organisational Development initiatives. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to enhance the business partnering model, with a focus on key strategic HR activities such as Change, Transformation, and Restructuring. Strong communication skills are essential, as you must be able to articulate ideas clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders, including those with differing perspectives, and facilitate effective communication between leadership and employees. We are seeking candidates who are CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or actively working towards this qualification. A genuine passion for driving change is a must.
