SF Recruitment is partnering with a leading UK organisation seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their high-performing team in Birmingham. Location: Birmingham (Hybrid 3 days on site)
Salary: GBP380
Contract Type: Interim until end March 2026
The Role
You’ll act as a trusted HR partner to managers and teams, providing expert guidance across the full HR spectrum – employee relations, reward, talent, performance, and change.
- Managing complex ER cases with confidence and empathy
- Coaching managers on people management and policy
- Supporting reward processes and organisational design activity
- Using data and insight to drive better people decisions
- Promoting a culture of inclusion, wellbeing and performance
About You
You’ll be a proactive, solutions-focused HR professional who thrives on variety and challenge.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong HR partnering experience in a large or fast-paced organisation
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
