Overview
SF Engineering are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer to support our engineering client based in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting compliance, certification, and documentation activities, while also contributing to engineering and business improvement projects across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance, Certification & Governance
- Support the Compliance Manager in maintaining company compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and certifications.
- Assist with internal and external audit preparation, certification renewals, and corrective action tracking.
- Maintain compliance registers, logs, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support the review, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal compliance procedures.
- Assist with compliance-related and operational improvement projects across engineering, quality, and operations teams.
- Coordinate project documentation, timelines, actions, and progress updates.
- Support project planning activities, including data gathering, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, documentation control, and compliance outcomes.
- Maintain and control technical documentation, manuals, procedures, and records.
- Prepare reports, project updates, meeting minutes, and formal correspondence.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation support to internal teams.
- Carry out general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and coordination tasks.
- Work closely with engineering, quality, operations, and commercial teams to gather technical and compliance information.
- Provide flexible administrative and project support across departments when required.

- Electro-mechanical Engineering degree
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
