We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. This would be a fantastic opportunity for a BA with 1 year's worth of experience wanting to develop and learn within a rapid growth Data organisation. This is an onsite role in Nottingham paying up to £40,000. You'll play a key role in gathering and translating requirements for both our in-house product development and bespoke client solutions. This is a collaborative role that requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving real-world problems with technology. We are not looking for someone who has experience in all of the below, but someone who has the right base skills to eventually hold all of these responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and user requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for developers and data engineers.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to shape product features and enhancements.
