SF Executive is partnered on a retained basis with a global consulting services organisation to appoint a Finance Director for their UK & Ireland (UK&I) operation. Working alongside a Managing Director and reporting to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities for one of the organisation's most aspirational divisions.

Managing a local team, you will ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organisation and continue on the division's high growth trajectory. The Finance Director will serve as a key member of the UK&I's Leadership Team, driving initiatives in financial transformation and optimisation of processes.

Commercial business partnering will be a key element of the role, working across stakeholder groups to drive strategic financial decisions, optimising resource allocation, and enhancing overall business performance.

The successful Finance Director will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) with proven experience as a senior finance leader. You will have excellent communication skills, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and a natural interest in transformation and technology.

The position is being offered on a hybrid basis and will suit a driven and ambitious individual who is looking to grow in parallel with an organisation.
