SF Executive are working with a hugely successful (£5m EBITDA plus), private equity backed business in Birmingham to deliver a search for a high calibre, commercially astute and grounded FD / CFO. The business, within the manufacturing and distribution space is a market leader in it’s field and needs a new CFO to help drive an already highly successful company onto even bigger things. As well has having a focus on getting the basics right (systems, procedures, reporting, risk management, cash generation) you’ll be a true business partner to a talented CEO and also be the main conduit between the company and its various stakeholders – private equity investors / banks / non execs / the wider Board. You’ll drive the business to be the very best it can in all areas and ultimately deliver a positive exit for shareholders. With locations across the UK, we’re taking a pragmatic approach to finding the best and brightest candidates for this role. With flexibility and a willingness to be present on your part, we can consider candidates from across the UK and will also offer a relocation package if necessary.
