SF Recruitment are working with a well-established business that operates internationally within a technical and regulated industry. Part of a wider global group, they support customers across Europe and beyond and have sites across the UK.
They are looking for a HR Manager to take full ownership of the HR function and provide practical, commercially focused support to the leadership team.
Responsibilities:- Managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and tribunal support
- Upskilling and advising managers on performance, conduct and absence issues
- Reviewing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
- Ensuring employment law compliance across both sites
- Strong background in generalist HR, ideally within a regulated or operational environment
- Confident handling employee relations and employment law matters
- Practical, straightforward approach to HR
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
Salary £40,000 - £50,000 FTE depending on experience. Permanent, on-site role. Exciting opportunity for the right person to lead and shape the HR function.
