We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for both UK and European operations. We are looking for an impact player with a proven track record of delivering new revenue streams through strategic client acquisition. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge (presswork/metal stamping/coil spring manufacturing), a valuable network, and an opportunity-focused mindset to unlock growth in target sectors such as automotive, medical, and industrial manufacturing. Salary: £50,000 + car allowance & performance based bonus up to 100% of base salary Working pattern: hybrid/remote with occasional European travel Drive new business development aligned with strategic goals. Generate and convert high-quality leads through an established network and targeted outreach. Present monthly business development progress and forecasts at both UK and Slovakia site reviews. Demonstrable success in a Business Development Manager role within presswork, metal stamping, or coil spring manufacturing. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of winning new business. A well-developed network of industry contacts ready to be leveraged. Ability to operate effectively across multiple sectors - including automotive, medical, and industrial. Strategic, lateral thinker capable of identifying and executing disruptive business opportunities.
