Digital Marketing Executive Location: Birmingham Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Hours: 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday (100% Office Based) Location: Birmingham SF Recruitment are supporting a fast-growing, dynamic company looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support the company\’s digital department. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative person who can demonstrate a passion for digital marketing management, whilst also providing support to the wider Digital team. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing – Manage the marketing of our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok), creating engaging content for campaigns, enhancing brand awareness and engagement with our audience. – Manage our YouTube page to regularly post engaging content to raise our brand awareness. – Implement and manage the company\’s social media campaign calendar, to create regular, scheduled posts to regularly interact with our audience. Email Marketing – Design, write and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions. – Analyse campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights for improvement. – Maintain our marketing email list and databases. Requirements: – Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing would be beneficial. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. – Experience and knowledge of Social Media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). – Experience and knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp). – Experience and knowledge of YouTube. – Creative mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box. – Good understanding of Shopify.
