With extensive UK growth planned over the coming months, this Customer Success Manager will take ownership of key account renewals, managing product selection, pricing, and back offer admin to ensure the customer receives a market-leading level of service and continuity. This role would suit an experienced account manager with experience handling complex customer renewals who is looking for more progression and better earning potential plus a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
