You will be working for a forward thinking, growing business who are looking to expand their customer service team. With free parking and public transport links nearby the office is in a convenient location and boasts an energetic culture. This is a full time, permanent role working 35 hours per week on various shifts including; 8-4 (office based),9-5 (home based) and 10-6 (home based). Your key duties will include; build relationships with your customer base, resolve queries in a timely manner, collect miss payment via effective communication skills, refer customers to the relevant support networks and other ad hoc tasks. To be considered you must have a good telephone manner and have some degree of customer service experience. Being able to work two of the three shifts from home provides a healthy work life balance and the free parking significantly reduces travel costs. The vibrant office provides an enjoyable work place on the days you are in the office and the collaboration across different department massively helps with this role. Progression is also on offer to those who perform well with multiple cases of staff moving up into management postions.
