SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic services business who are looking for a skilled HR Advisor to come and join their forward-thinking and strong cultured team based over in Coventry. This is a fantastic position for a HR Advisor who is confident and self-sufficient working within a fast-paced HR function.

We are looking for someone with experience in both the ER and recruitment side of HR, someone who is happy to get stuck in and roll their sleeves up and work with a close-knit team. This role would be ideal for an Advisor who is able to coach and support line management/stakeholders with day-to-day HR and who has been working within a HR function for at least 3/4 years.

  • Supporting different stakeholders with recruitment processes
  • Recruitment activities such as monitoring the process and sourcing candidates
  • Support and coach line management on HR best practice
  • Providing KPI data and utilising the HRIS system
  • Confident and engaging HR professional
  • Experience in coordinating different recruitment processes
  • Longevity within a fast-paced HR function

This is a hybrid role with 1/2 days from home; however, office presence is preferred in order to be present with the team and relevant stakeholders.
