Commerical Administrator

Commercial Administrator Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Location: Office-based, with some flexibility (occasional remote working or adjusted hours to suit school times). Transport: Own transport is required for commuting. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Administrator to join a growing organisation in North Leicestershire. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities – Assist with preparing and submitting various documents regularly (daily, weekly, monthly). – Accurately complete forms and update records based on provided information. – Organise and format paperwork to ensure it's professional and easy to use. – Monitor and follow up on required certifications to keep everything up to date. – Work with client systems and portals to share information and keep records updated. – Review and verify information to ensure everything is correct and complete. – Gather and organise data for regular updates and forecasts. – Communicate with clients to confirm deadlines, answer basic questions, and share updates. – Keep files and records well-organised for easy access and smooth workflows. What do you need to be successful? – Competent with Microsoft Excel and other office tools (advanced Excel skills not required). – Strong written and verbal communication skills. – A careful and thorough approach to completing tasks. – A quick learner who is open to understanding new processes. – Organised and process-driven. – Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. This is a full-time position, primarily office-based, with occasional flexibility for remote work when necessary.
