SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a dynamic business in the Worcester area who are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
Working alongside the global finance manager, this role will take responsibility for financial operations of the UK and EU.
- Preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts
- Review of individual company management accounts
- Assist the FD with monthly and annual financial reporting requirements
- Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis
- Supervision of VAT and overseas sales tax returns
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build and maintain effective relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
Experience of managing and developing finance teams.
Strong Excel spreadsheet skills and good working knowledge of accounting software.
Excellent benefits package and a salary up to £55,000.
25 days holiday + birthday.

The role will offer hybrid working after the probationary period (3 days in the office, 2 from home).
