SF Executive are working with a global private equity house to source a commercially strong and communicative Chief Financial Officer for their portfolio business in the London area. The business in question has a strong EBITDA number and following the exit of the long-standing CFO post fundraise, the company seeks a top tier business partner to work with the CEO to lead the business through its next stage of growth.
The company is in the multi-site services / people space and growth will be achieved through a combination of organic growth and sensibly executed M&A. We are looking for CFOs who have led an investor-backed business through a period of growth to a positive exit - ideally with some buy and build experience. However, we would also consider PE CFOs that haven’t had that defining exit yet; an ability to buy and integrate acquisitions well would be advantageous.
Candidates need No 1 or No 2 PE finance experience to be considered for this role. We would look at candidates from locations beyond London, assuming there is a willingness to spend some time every week at the office. A strong package and equity opportunity (potentially over £1m) will exist for the appointed candidate.
Regrettably, we will only be able to respond to relevant candidates. If you are interested, please apply and we will aim to review your CV within 48 hours.
