Job Description
SF Technology are supporting a private equity-backed, multi-site, B2B services business on the appointment of a transformational Chief Information Officer, CIO. The role offers a base salary of £150,000-£200,000 plus an annual bonus and substantial deal bonus. The business is highly profitable, on a strong growth trajectory and has massively improved operational performance.
Technology is seen as a key enabler for the next phase with significant investment approved for new systems, data strategy, and AI adoption. The CIO will play a central role in shaping this journey and galvanising the IT team to deliver business-wide change. We're looking for someone who has a proven track record demonstrating they can: – Reenergise, develop or build and lead an 1st class IT function – Embed a data led culture across a complex, multi-site organisation – Adopt and integrate new technologies, including AI – Influence at board level while engaging frontline teams – Has experience working in a fast paced, high-growth, investor backed business, preferably PE – Bring vision, strong communication, and a values-led approach to leadership The successful candidate will be geographically mobile and enjoy being on site with the team and business or visiting operations nationally.
