SF Executive are working with a Midlands based private equity house to source a commercially strong and communicative Chief Financial Officer for their portfolio business in the Salisbury area.
The business in question has a strong EBITDA number and following the exit of the long-standing CFO post fundraise, the company seeks a top tier business partner to work with the CEO to lead the business through its next stage of growth.
The company in question is in the services / people / technology space and growth will be achieved through a combination of organic growth and sensibly executed M&A.
Really we are looking for CFOs who have led an investor backed business through a period of growth to a positive exit – ideally with some buy and build for good measure. But we would also consider PE CFOs that haven’t had that defining exit yet.
We would consider CFOs of privately owned groups but only if they have led a period of value creation followed by an exit.
If you are a Group FC or FD that is or has sat below a PE CFO and has a positive story to tell, we might also consider this as an option too.
For the above to be attractive, ideally the business you’ve led will be services or technology related and have turnover in excess of £20m with EBITDA over £3m.
If you are working in a blue chip finance role or a generic privately owned FD role then it is unlikely we can consider you.
We are also looking for people within a reasonable commute of Salisbury as there is a need to be in the office three or four days a week.
A strong package and equity opportunity (potentially over £1m) will exist for the appointed candidate hence our inability to dilute away from the above.
Regrettably we will only be able to get back to and give detailed info to relevant candidates – if you are interested then please do apply and we will aim to review your CV within 48 hours.
