Experienced in the software industry and with a commercial understanding of associated recurring revenue streams, you will ideally already have worked at CFO / FD level and also will have transacted an exit on behalf of shareholders.
As such you may have worked in a stand‑alone, owner‑managed, PE‑backed software business rather than a division or subsidiary of a group.
In the first instance we are looking for talented candidates that could start on a permanent or interim‑to‑permanent basis within the next month – that said we would consider out‑and‑out interims or candidates that are on notice periods – a swift start is preferred.
