Up to £30,000 + bonus

Responsibilities

  • Proactive and reactive maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment – both 3rd party and in-house designed.
  • Carry out all disciplines of maintenance and calibration to pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
  • Follow company SOPs and produce documentation and certification which is clear, precise and accurate.
  • Conduct failure analysis and put forward recommendations to alleviate future failures, enhancing reliability.
  • Use health & safety software to write risk assessments, COSHH assessments and permits to work when necessary.
  • Create and update records in the company quality management system (Q-Pulse).

Qualifications

  • Minimum level 3 qualification in Engineering.
  • Flexible to occasional extended hours/weekend work (in addition to a normal 37 hour, 5 day shift operation).
  • Comfortable working in a highly regulated environment (existing knowledge of GMP practices beneficial but not essential).
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Analytical mind with acute attention to detail.
  • Good problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong team player.
