East Midlands - Primarily home working with 1 day per week in Nottingham and various travel across multiple sites. Permanent & Full Time. Up to £50,000 plus benefits.
SF Recruitment is proud to be exclusively partnering with a large, values and purpose driven organisation to appoint an experienced HRBP to support a number of sites across their South region. The role will cover a number of locations across Derbyshire, including Burton upon Trent, Swadlincote and central Derby, as well as sites in Staffordshire and occasional travel to Worcestershire. As a result, regular on-site presence is required, and flexibility to travel is essential. That said, the organisation offers a strong and well-embedded hybrid working approach, allowing for a healthy balance between home and site-based working.
This is a broad, hands-on role within a highly regulated environment. You will act as a trusted partner and advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance across employee relations, people strategy, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives. You'll lead on complex casework, coach leaders, and support the embedding of consistent, people-focused practices across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic HR partner to leaders and senior stakeholders
- Lead and manage complex employee relations casework
- Coach and support leaders to build confident, effective people management capability
- Drive wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Support organisational change and people-focused projects
- Ensure policies and practices are applied consistently and compliantly
- Over time, take on line management responsibility for a People Advisor
- Proven experience in a People Partner or senior HR advisory role
- Strong employee relations expertise and stakeholder management skills
- Confident operating in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Passionate about people, wellbeing and inclusive workplace cultures
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable
