SF Recruitment have partnered with an exciting, high growth organisation in the Tech space, who are looking to recruit an entry level Sales Executive who is ambitious, driven, and wants to learn and grow with the company.
Working pattern: full time, hybrid working
Salary: Β£27,000 + bonus (TBC)
Responsibilities will include:
- Sales support & deal administration
- Support consultative sales calls (note-taking, action tracking, and follow-ups).
- Draft and send professional follow-up emails and responses to inbound leads (using templates and guidance).
- Prepare and assemble client proposals and supporting documents; coordinate internal inputs and version control.
- Manage scheduling, agendas, meeting logistics, and basic account research ahead of calls.
- CRM & pipeline operations
- Own day-to-day CRM administration (Copper): data hygiene, contact/company records, activity logging.
- Keep pipelines accurate and up to date: stages, next steps, close dates, notes, and tasks.
- Maintain simple reporting (weekly pipeline snapshot, lead sources, response times, activity).
- Support process improvements (templates, checklists, standard fields, definitions of done for stages).
- Sales collateral & messaging
- Create and update sales collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, case study drafts, proposal sections).
- Maintain a library of approved messaging (value propositions, service descriptions, FAQs, objections).
- Help document and keep up to date companies ideal customer profile (ICP): target sectors, personas, triggers, and pain points.
- Marketing & content operations
- Keep the website and social channels up to date (posting cadence, light edits, new announcements).
- Support basic content production: repurposing insights into posts, newsletter drafts, event write-ups, and simple visuals.
- Maintain a content calendar and track performance (engagement, clicks, inbound enquiries) with simple reporting.
- Partnerships & referrals support
- Support partnership and referral activity: tracking introductions, follow-ups, thank-yous, and status updates.
- Maintain a partner list and ensure next actions are clear (who owns what, by when).
- AI-enabled working (day-to-day)
- Use AI tools to support research, drafting, summarising, and creating first versions of content.
- Apply judgement and accuracy checks; ensure tone and brand alignment.
- Handle information responsibly and follow internal guidance on sensitive data.
