SF Partners are partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, multi-site service-led business to recruit a commercially focused People Director. This could suit an existing People Director or a strong Head of People ready to step into a broader leadership role.
Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 + Benefits
Location: Birmingham (travel to other locations as required)
This role will lead the operational delivery of HR, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition, ensuring the People function supports continued business growth, performance and employee experience. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on translating strategy into action, improving systems and processes, driving collaboration across teams and building a high-performing People function.
