SF Recruitment have partnered with a growing PE backed business who are looking to recruit an experienced Fleet SaaS Account Manager to cover their Central region.

Working pattern: remote with regular visits to clients and monthly office visits.

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 with bonus.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's operational needs and long-term strategic goals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure successful client onboarding, training, and ongoing usage.
  • Monitor account health and usage metrics to proactively resolve issues and maximise value delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews and strategic plans to senior stakeholders.
  • Support tender submissions and renewal processes where applicable.
  • Keep up-to-date with public sector procurement frameworks, regulations, and trends.
  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or fleet-related environment.
  • Strong understanding of account planning, cross-sell/upsell strategy, and client retention.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and travel within the South East region.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of UK fleet operations.
