Finance Administrator – Billing / Sales Ledger | Hybrid | Immediate Start | Contract with Potential to go Permanent \\n\\nMy client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator with Billing / Sales Ledger Administrator to join their team on a long-term contract with a strong possibility of becoming permanent. This is an immediate start role with excellent opportunities to develop. \\n\\nHybrid – 4 days on site, 1 day from home \\nContract with a realistic opportunity to go permanent \\n\\nKey Responsibilities :\\n\\nManaging a high-volume, complex billing process with accuracy and precision\\nRaising customer invoices and credit notes in a timely manner\\nReconciling accounts and resolving invoice discrepancies\\nMaintaining the sales ledger, ensuring all transactions are posted correctly\\nLiaising with internal teams and customers to resolve queries\\nSupporting month-end processes and reporting\\nProviding general finance and administrative support where needed\\nKey Experience :\\n\\nPrevious experience in billing or sales ledger is essential\\nExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills\\nStrong communication skills – able to liaise professionally with customers and internal departments\\nAbility to work independently and manage workload effectively\\nSomeone who can start immediately or on short notice\\nKey Information :\\n\\nHybrid working model (4 days on site)\\nSupportive finance team and collaborative office culture\\nOpportunity to secure a permanent role\\nCompetitive salary\\nImmediate start
