Assistant Management Accountant required for an excellent business located in Warwickshire.
Location: Wellesbourne, Warwickshire (hybrid after training)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to GBP35,000 per annum + Benefits
The successful candidate will be a key part of a small finance team, providing crucial support to the wider business and playing an active role in month-end processes, invoice handling, reconciliations, and internal reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Posting and reconciling bank statements, including foreign currency accounts
- Assisting with month-end processes such as accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
- Processing employee expenses and credit card transactions
- Supporting unique finance-related services for a global client (full training provided)
- Carrying out general administrative tasks including booking travel, ordering supplies, and maintaining records
- Supporting with ad-hoc duties and wider business needs as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role
- MUST have Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confident using Word, Outlook, and Teams
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Flexible, proactive, and a strong team player
- AAT qualified or part-qualified is desirable but not essential

- Hybrid working model available after training (3 days office-based)
