SF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join a growing business in Loughborough. This is a role that offers a dynamic work environment where every day brings new challenges, there is also longer-term opportunities for the right candidate as well as possibility to become permanent after the New Year,
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from participants and clients by phone, internet and email.
- Comfortable with outbound and inbound calls.
- Manage assigned programme inboxes.
- Ensure appropriate and timely responses to clients, participants and suppliers.
- Manage complaints, escalating to the appropriate team member as necessary.
- Account Management: Work closely with the Account Managers to contribute ideas, create and support the management of communications plans.
- Attend appropriate face-to-face meetings as and when required.
- Work to project plans and briefing documents.
- Data Management & Reporting: Verifying data and testing to ensure data received meets the programme requirements.
- Maintaining accurate customer records on programme websites and databases.
- Analyzing customer targets and data to manage queries.
- Create, check and upload programme data.
- Supplier Management: Working to agreed budgets and processes to complete orders and reconcile accurately.
- Following agreed formats and order management processes to maintain accurate orders.
- Website Content Management: Updating accounts on site in response to queries. Support on email system. Resending emails.
