SF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join a growing business in Loughborough. This is a role that offers a dynamic work environment where every day brings new challenges, there is also longer-term opportunities for the right candidate as well as possibility to become permanent after the New Year,
Key Responsibilities:
o Handle Queries from participants / client by phone, internet & email:
o Comfortable with outbound & inbound calls.
o Manage assigned programme inboxes.
o Ensure appropriate & timely responses to client, participants & suppliers.
o Manage complaints, escalating to the appropriate team member as necessary.
o Account Management:
o Work closely with the Account Managers to contribute ideas, create & support the management of communications plans.
o Attend appropriate face-to-face meetings as and when required.
o Working to project plans & briefing documents.
o Data Management & Reporting:
o Verifying data & test to ensure data received meets the programme requirements.
o Maintaining accurate customer records on programme websites & databases.
o Analysing customer targets & data to manage queries.
o Create, check & upload programme data.
o Supplier Management:
o Working to agreed budgets & processes to complete orders & reconcile accurately.
o Following agreed formats & order management processes to maintain accurate orders.
o Website Content Management:
o Updating accounts on site in response to our queries.
o Support on email system. Resending emails.
