HR Project Officer (12-Month FTC) £30,000 – £31,500 & Benefits Newark (Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office and the rest from home) Are you a detail-oriented, people-focused HR professional looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Project Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing primarily on an important project that will shape the future of our client’s workforce. The Role: This role is project-driven, with some operational duties, and will focus on: – Leading a company-wide job evaluation project, collaborating with hiring managers to refine and develop accurate job profiles for over 250 roles. – Managing and maintaining control of job specifications, ensuring clarity and precision throughout the process. – Gathering and acting on feedback from employees at all levels to support the evolution of job descriptions – Occasionally supporting recruitment activities and the HR team with other projects as needed.
