SF Recruitment are partnering with a great business in Derbyshire to recruit for a Credit Supervisor. This role is to work solely with new customers for the business. This company offers good flexibility on hours and allows some working from home. This role is working collaboratively within a large team, you will be overseeing the day to day running of a smaller group. Your day to day duties will include: – Customer onboarding and masterdata processes – Recording of all communications – Credit report and Risk analysis – Application and maintenance of key controls – Fraud mitigation – Regular internal audit of controls – Continuous audit of processes and performance – Provide holiday cover for team members – Ensuring the business understands and works within the defined policies – Liaison with commercial business – Be a key organiser of regular or irregular team tasks /projects – Process improvement and streamlining – Encouraging a target-driven culture of success – Other duties as requested by the line manager – Coaching of team and performance improvement If this role is of interest to you, and you are looking to join a growing business then get in touch with your updated CV today.
