We are currently recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-paced supply chain team during an exciting period of transition and system implementation. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with system-generated demand
- Communicate with suppliers internationally and coordinate with international freight forwarders
- Handle order acknowledgements, manage delays, and conduct proactive follow-ups
- Support shipping and freight processes in collaboration with global teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records and documentation
- Operate within SAP and other bespoke systems
