HR Coordinator Job Type: Full-time, Permanent or Temporary to Permanent Location: South Derby – Commutable from Derby, Long Eaton, Nottingham, Melbourne, Draycott (Must be able to drive) Salary: £25-27,000 SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Co-ordinator to join a very well-known client of ours, who we have worked with for several years! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has some basic HR/Recruitment experience, or even for a strong Administrator (with no HR experience) who can get the department organised and really understand the processes whilst supporting with the co-ordination and organisation of all day-to-day tasks and duties required by the team. Key Responsibilities: – Improving the administrative processes and general HR processes – Coordinating training administration – Recruitment support – Onboarding and compliance – Improving employee engagement – Sharing ideas and supporting on a staff benefits – Being involved in HR meetings This role doesn’t require HR experience, it would be hugely beneficial of course, however the business is also happy to train and develop the right person. What they do require is proven administration experience, excellent attention to detail and organisation skills alongside the ability to really understand the importance of compliance and confidentiality.
