SF Recruitment are pleased to be working with an outstanding business in Burton upon Trent to recruit for an Executive Assistant on a part time basis, working 22.5 hours per week. This role is permanent and offers a hybrid model with one day working from home per week. We are looking for a competent and well organised Executive Assistant who is able to commit to working 3 full days per week, ideal for returning mums, or candidates simply wanting a reduced working week.

The salary on offer which is full time equivalent is up to £46,000 per annum, and in addition you will receive a fantastic benefits package including life assurance, healthcare, bonus scheme and enhanced pension.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience within an executive assistant role including the areas of responsibility listed to Senior Executives or Directors.
  • Excellent planning, organising and time management skills; proven ability to manage complex and dynamic diaries, prioritising competing demands effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to draft, proofread and present information clearly and professionally.
  • Shorthand or touch typist.
  • Previous executive assistant experience within a fast moving sales industry.

The role includes:

  • Calendar management; scheduling and managing appointments, meetings and travel plans.
  • Ensuring their calendar is up to date and conflict-free.
