The business offer hybrid working, which typically is set out as 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing and processing employee payroll and handling various HR-related tasks. Responsibilities: • Payroll Processing. • Collect and verify timesheets. • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions. • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. • Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve errors. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Prepare and submit payroll reports. • Maintain accurate payroll records. • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions. • Provide information and support on payroll-related matters. • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. • Maintain employee data and records. • Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, training, and benefits administration. • Support the HR team in various administrative functions.
