SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Completions Team Leader on a permanent basis to be based with one of their clients in North Nottingham. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mortgage Completions Team Leader to manage and lead the Mortgage Completions team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of the mortgage process, ensuring that all documentation, procedures, and regulatory requirements are met for the successful completion of mortgage loans. You will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: – Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of mortgage completions specialists. Ensure the team meets performance targets and deadlines. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance performance, productivity, and development. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews with team members. – Mortgage Completion Process Management: Oversee the timely and accurate completion of mortgage transactions, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
