Working with our Client based in Central Leeds I am looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis The Finance team is an integral part of the business with the Finance Manager being a central function within that team. What’s involved? – Annual budgeting & forecasting in accordance with strategy & business plans. – Support operational team during monthly revenue recognition process. – Ownership of Profit Centre level management reporting, analysis and business partnering. – Ensuring variance between budgets, forecasts and actual results are understood, clearly explained and necessary actions are implemented. – Periodic preparation, commentary and presentation of a finance report at cost centre level (typically monthly) – Project performance review of; income, cost to complete, working capital and change control. – Ensuring Corporate Governance, control and best practice is understood and communicated effectively to the business. – Wider duties may include bid support, financial integration, commercial training and project team working. We’d love to hear from you if you have: – Part Qualified or qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) – Experience of Business Partnering with a finance background. – Experience of working within a team. – Internal candidates applying for this role need to have worked at an Assistant Finance Manager level and have consistently demonstrated delivery above expectation. – Experience of working with Oracle is a nice to have, but not a necessity.
