An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Merchandising Coordinator to join a well-established and dynamic wholesaler. This role is integral to the merchandising function, ensuring the accuracy of product data, facilitating key administrative processes, and supporting cross-functional teams to drive business efficiency. You will play a key part in assisting the Category Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyse data reports ahead of key trading periods to support decision-making.
- Compile branch order forms in line with category managers' product listings.
- Manage and maintain product data, including liaising with suppliers for essential information, imagery, and marketing assets.
- Complete and submit web data forms while coordinating with digital and social media teams.
- Develop presentations to showcase upcoming product ranges to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the product data team to ensure all system information is accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative support to the merchandising department as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
