Partnering with an ambitious PE backed insurance group looking for a Programme Manager/Director to join them on a permanent basis to lead their transformation journey. This is a mostly remote role but will be required to meet on site with stakeholders when needed. £100,000-£120,000 base + LTIPS/Bonus.
You will be an experienced Programme/Change Transformation professional seasoned within the insurance industry. You will be well versed in creating successful programmes of work from scratch with a heavy focus on stakeholder management and engagement at board level.
This is one of the most exciting, fast-growing organisations in the UK in their space and it has very real potential to grow into a far bigger role. You will be given full autonomy and freedom to make the changes and build the team as you see fit.
