SF are looking for a Payroll Advisor to work our well-established North Leicestershire based client on an interim basis for a long period. This role reports to a very supportive Payroll Manager and offers hybrid working & flexible working hours. The role would suit an experienced Payroll professional with strong technical skills and knowledge of payroll processes.
Payroll Advisor
£ – Negotiable (DOE) (Temp/Day Rate Available)

– Process and manage accurate and timely payroll for all employees including year-end processes.
– Regularly audit and reconcile payroll data to identify and correct discrepancies.
– Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis.
– Maintain accurate and efficient filing systems, including retention and updating of employee files.
– Support the Payroll Manager with cross-functional business initiatives.
– Ensure payroll queries are responded to in a timely manner.
– Support on development projects across the department.
