Brand new state of the art fully automated facility in Coalville. Monday to Friday during commissioning and testing, 12 hour days & nights (rota'd to ensure a long weekend on alternate weeks). Up to £52,000. Private health & life assurance. Excellent training and career development.
The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is excited to introduce this opportunity to be part of a brand-new distribution facility for one of Europe's leading specialists within the industry. You will be part of the initial projects team as the site is populated and will support the site 'going live'. This is a rare chance to be part of a new facility in its early stages.
Scope of the role:
- Initial testing and troubleshooting on automated warehousing systems to ensure the site is ready to 'go live'
- Carry out preventative maintenance and corrective action duties
- Respond to breakdown issues effectively to minimise downtime
- Working with the team to highlight areas of improvements such as PPM scheduling
- Support new team members with initial training and site orientation
- Ensure health & safety is being adhered to at all times
Ideal candidate will be:
- Apprentice trained or equivalent to level 3 as a minimum
- Work in a multi skilled capacity
- Experienced in automated material handling environments such as distribution, automotive, Food & FMCG
- Adaptable, driven and a desire to develop as the team grows
