Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Technician. SF Recruitment is looking for a talented Quality Engineer to join an established and reputable fastener distribution company based in South Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a pivotal role between the Quality Manager and Quality Inspector, combining hands-on inspection with customer-facing responsibilities to ensure top-notch quality standards. Quality Engineer – Key Responsibilities – Collaborate closely with the Quality Manager and Quality Inspector to meet the company’s QA objectives, driving continuous improvement within the ISO 9001 framework. – Conduct hands-on inspections, ensuring all products meet rigorous quality standards. – Resolve quality concerns directly with suppliers and customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution. – Work cross-functionally with other departments to maintain a high-quality, right-first-time ethos.
