As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality, strategically driven HR partnership. You will oversee all employee relations casework, coach and support managers, and lead initiatives around restructures, training, and procedural development with a commitment to creating an inclusive and progressive employment experience. Key Responsibilities: Case Management: Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, providing comprehensive support within designated areas and assisting other areas to strengthen team effectiveness.
