SF are excited to be working with a fantastic consultancy business in Warwick who are on the look out for a proactive and engaging People Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and expanding business and be at the forefront of the positive changes to come. This role will be responsible for its own business area and will be looking at the full 360 HR piece. We are looking for a strong HR generalist or advisor who is ready to take the next step in their career, someone who is confident in an everchanging and fast paced working environment. Day to day will include; – Management of the full employee life cycle – Supporting management with growth and progression – Collaborating with the recruitment team within your assigned business area – Identify training and development needs with management – Be a strong HR advisor / business partner across your business area Skills/ qualifications; – Have previously experience in a generalist or advisory role – Have strong HR systems knowledge – CIPD 5 qualification is preferred – Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and UK employment law. This role is a hybrid position 3/4 days on site in Warwick and the rest from home, Up to £50K salary DOE and has strong studying and personal progression routes.
