Human Resources Leadership: o Develop and lead HR strategies to enhance talent acquisition, performance management, and employee retention. o Oversee employee relations, ensuring the charity’s values and culture are upheld. o Design and implement compensation and benefits programs. o Manage diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote an equitable workplace. o Handle grievance and disciplinary procedures in compliance with legal frameworks. 2. Corporate Governance and Compliance: o Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, particularly from the Charity Commission and CQC. o Provide risk management insights and updates to the Board of Trustees. o Monitor and report on resource utilization and legal compliance. 3.
