Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full P&L, KPI, and cashflow support to operational and site leadership teams
  • Lead month-end reporting, budget setting, forecasting, and board-level performance packs
  • Deliver actionable insights through detailed financial analysis and trend identification
  • Support strategic decision-making with forward-looking financial input
  • Contribute to business improvement and transformation initiatives
About You:
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with at least 5 years post-qualification experience
  • Strong background in financial reporting, business partnering, and performance analysis
  • Proficient in Excel with experience using Power BI and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident in challenging constructively and driving change collaboratively
