We are currently recruiting for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a well-established business located in Worcestershire. This is a key role that will work closely with both finance and operational teams to drive performance, support strategic decision-making, and provide financial insight across the business.
Responsibilities:
Partner with operational teams to understand financial performance, identify trends, and provide meaningful analysis
Deliver insightful management reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-making
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with departmental heads
Support business planning and strategy development with robust financial modelling
Identify and drive process improvements across finance and operational functions
Act as a trusted advisor to non-finance stakeholders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable information
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and advise on opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong commercial acumen and experience working in a business partnering capacity
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data
Proven track record of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and support stakeholders at all levels
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
