SF Recruitment are seeking an experienced Spanish speaker (native or fluent in Spanish) to support the delivery of the UK people strategy within a multi-site, unionised environment. Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will deputise as required and lead the Operational HR, Payroll and Recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support and deliver the UK people strategy.
- Lead HR, Payroll and Recruitment functions.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive business performance through effective HR support.
- Compile and present Board-level KPI reports and analysis.
- Lead trade union engagement and negotiations.
- Oversee employee engagement, L&D, performance management, reward and recognition.
- Ensure robust HR policies, governance and operational auditing.
- Contribute to wider group people initiatives and projects.
- Fluent Spanish (essential).
- Senior HR leadership experience including Payroll and Recruitment oversight.
- Strong union negotiation experience (essential).
- Confident operating at Executive/Board level.
- Analytical, organised and commercially focused.
