Job responsibilities are as follows:
- Responsibility for accurate posting to cost centres and GL lines
- Period end routines in line with business expectations
- Managing and responding to site queries on a daily and monthly basis
- Responsibility of cost centre control and postings
- Reconcile daily revenue
- Reconcile and control deferred income and deposits accounts
- Ledger and deposit reporting for sites
- Party income allocations and reconciliations
- 3rd Party Agency allocations, reconciliations and payment chasing
- Deliveroo/Groupon and other voucher reporting
- Deposit transfers
- Cashbook posting
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash reconciliations and monitoring of cash at sites
- Daily processing of payments
- Downloading of daily bank statements
- Payment processing of cheques
- Site refunds
- Other ad hoc reporting and reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliation for all account cost lines on a monthly basis
- Management of key cost lines, including but not limited to accruals and prepayments
- Have involvement in and enthusiasm for company wide projects on an ad hoc basis
- Seeking and implementing continuous improvement of all management accounts processes
This is an ongoing temporary role which will lead to permanent for the right person. The role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with two days working from home.
