SF Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing business based in the Nuneaton area to recruit a supply chain manager. This is a newly created role for a niche manufacturer, who are looking for an experienced professional to manage their end to end supply chain, with an emphasis on supply facing activity/purchasing. Responsibilities: Oversee and enhance the procurement process and the scheduling of finished goods, raw materials, and components. Mange a team of direct reports across purchasing & logistics Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective suppliers. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance regularly. Manage inventory and oversee the storage of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Monitor and control stock levels effectively to meet established KPIs. Implement and uphold consistent inventory management routines. Ensure all processes are managed in alignment with established procedures.
