SF Recruitment have partnered with a growing blue collar business based in Lichfield. They are seeking a CIPD qualified HR Advisor that has the ability to work as stand alone. You will work closely with the leadership team and play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, driving performance management, and fostering a positive work environment within a dynamic business. This role offers the opportunity to build a robust HR function while enjoying hybrid working (3 office, 2 home once settled into role).
