SF Recruitment are working with a brilliant organisation, who are looking to recruit an Administrator at their Oxford office. The role is permanent, site based Monday to Friday, and offers great progression opportunities. Salary: £22,000 Working pattern: site based 8am-4pm Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: – Assisting the Commercial team with document management, ensuring procedures are established and followed. – Responsible for the photocopying and printing requirements for the office. – Ensuring that printers are regularly maintained and act as a point of contact for reporting faults and organising maintenance. – Responsible for printing from CAD to the office plotter. – Maintain storage rooms so that files and stock are correctly stored, archived and organised to ensure the room is kept accessible and always well presented. – Update the drawing register and notify the surveyors and the technical and site departments of any new revisions. – Order stationary for the team ensuring there is an adequate supply available. – Assisting the production team. – Organising client and team events. – Completing any Ad Hoc Duties required by the wider team or Directors.
